Promoter Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide all the needed information on promoted products
• Set up booths or promotional stands
• Arrange merchandise to look tidy and attractive to consumers
• Disseminate product samples, brochures, flyers etc.
• Record consumer insights and provide necessary activation feedback
• Submit daily report through Smollan daily promoter record online form

Promoter requirements and qualifications
• Minimum of Grade 12 certificate
• Prior experience in a customer service environment a plus but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
