In line with its mission, the Bank is seeking to recruit highly motivated, result-oriented, well qualified and experienced professionals to fill the following vacancies:
RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – MICRO, SMALL & MEDIUM ENTERPRISES (MSME) BANKING (B5/B6) LUSAKA (2)
Reporting to the Manager SME Banking, the Job holder will be responsible for developing and managing the ZICB portfolio of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise customers by prospecting and signing up new clients, offering suitable banking services and implementing retention strategies. .

Key deliverables include:
Growing the Bank’s MSME deposits, loans and advances through effective sales and marketing of the Bank’s products and services, internal and external customer relationship management, sales, enhancing of loans and advances, seamless support to the branches, leadership, and performance management.

Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12 School Certificate or GCE equivalent.
• Degree in Economics or Business Administration, ACCA/CIMA or any relevant field.
• Marketing Certification an added advantage.
• Minimum of Five Years (5) years of relevant experience.
