JOB DETAILS:
Café Manager .

Responsibilities
• Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant.
• Budget preparation.
• Experience of Inventor Management and Stock control.
• Must have experience in GAAP or similar restaurant POS system.
• Must be proficient on Microsoft Excel, Outlook, MS word.
• Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
• Responding to customer complaints.
• Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
• Preparing cash drawers and providing petty cash as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Must have a minimum of 2 years work experience in Café Management or in a similar role
• Minimum qualification of a Diploma in Management or other Business related fields
• Experience in GAAP software a MUST plus MS Excel and MS Word skills.
