OVERALL PURPOSE
The Intelligent Network (IN) & Billing Lead Expert is responsible for the day to operation of the IN, Billing & Value Added Services (VAS) platforms. The individual is responsible for ensuring that daily operations and Maintenance of the IN, Billing .

JOB SPECIFICATION Minimum Qualifications:
• Graduate Engineer (BSc Computer Science) from a recognized university
Professional Registration:
• Member of EIZ or ICTAZ
Minimum Experience :
• 3+ years of experience in handling billing systems (Telecom or related industries)
Key Skills:
• Very good knowledge of Operating systems, SQL and Databases.
• Very good knowledge of IN, Billing, Online Charging and VAS
• Good knowledge of common API such as SOAP, REST, XMLRPC, etc.
