A health food manufacturing company has an opening for the below position based in Lilayi, Lusaka.
Job Title: Cooks Assistant .

Job Duties & Responsibility are, but not limited to, below; .
• Maintain the kitchen.
• Ensure all kitchen utensils and appliances are clean.
• Ensure work areas are sanitized.
• Keep the kitchen stocked and in working order.
• Maintain food production records, notify supervisors when supplies are low, unpack deliveries, restock work areas. .
• Ingredient and food portioning.
• Prepare & cook ingredients.
• Following the chef’s orders and recipes.
• Pack and prepare deliveries.
• Store & dispense of food and waste in the specified way

Requirements.
• Female, aged 25 & above
• Grade 12 certificate
• Fluent in English
• Physically fit to work in a busy kitchen
• Experience in the catering industry
• Must live within/near Lilayi.
