JOB DETAILS:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Plan and execute a daily system of sales calls on travel agents, Airline Offices, Commercial Houses, Industrial and professional associations, diplomatic missions etc
Make regular sales calls and maintain a systematic record of sales calls made, with corresponding room nights booked with various accounts
Look after booking arrangements for individuals, groups and tours etc.
Compile and maintain a mailing list for the dispatch of promotional material
Adhere to strict grooming and hygiene standards
Assist clients in selecting the most appropriate service that meets their specification
Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients, highlighting their hotel service features and qualities
Maintain positive relationships with all guests, tour operators, colleagues and sales network
Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales
Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times
Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
Experience: 3 years plus
Education Level: Diploma Level
Qualifications: Diploma in Marketing, Hotel Management, Hospitality or related field
Software: Computer literate
Knowledge Of: Hospitality Industry
Skills To: Excellent communication and writing skills
Ability To: Market hotel services/products
