Sunda Industrial Zambia is looking for a Transport Dispatch Supervisor
Job Purpose
In order to satisfy transportation demand, ensure the efficiency of vehicles operation, and ensure the safety and order of vehicle scheduling, and complete the delivery of goods with low cost and high efficiency. According to the requirements of “Process of Inland Transfer and Delivery”, ” Process of Outland Transfer and Delivery ” and “vehicle dispatch regulations” to carry out operations such as carrier selection, vehicle dispatching, and vehicle tracking, and cost control. Assist the Ghana transportation manager to deal with the relationship between the local traffic police, transportation management, insurance, and other departments

Job Responsibilities
• According to the daily volume, combined with the characteristics of the destination and the situation of the vehicle, develop a reasonable plan.
• Use safe and reliable vehicle resources, arrange vehicles reasonably, supervise the transportation process until delivery is completed, and assist in handling abnormalities in transit
• Manage logistics carriers to ensure that the goods are delivered to the warehouse or customers accurately, timely, and safely, and continuously improve the carrier’s service level
• Responsible for the training and management of dispatchers, and work with the transportation manager to assess the dispatcher
• Feedback on all transfer and delivery related vehicle information and other outstanding business
• Other work tasks arranged by the dept. manager
