JOB DETAILS:
LPG refill gas attendant performs general LPG gas pump maintenance and help keep the property clean. The Incumbent will primarily work outdoors at the gas station lot and may be asked to travel to other areas within Lusaka for delivery of LPG gas cylinders. .

Duties and Responsibility
1. Greet Customers – Gas attendants greet customers when they approach the station and ask if they need assistance with anything provided by the store.
2. Pump Gas – Gas attendants pump LPG Gas into customer cylinders based on the amount of gas they require
3. Conduct Customer Transactions – LPG Gas attendant will handle cash sales and deposit daily sales in the company bank account
4. Clean the Gas Slot- Gas attendants will keep their work station and customer areas clean and organized by taking out the trash, sweeping floors and parking lots, and performing general housekeeping tasks.
5. Restock Supplies – Gas attendants refill LPG gas slot supplies from Afrox Zambia from time to time as and when situation demands so. They also help stock display shelves inside the store.
6. Maintain Awareness – Gas attendant to be the ambassador of LGP Gas safety awareness to the customers visiting the refill slot
7. Product Awareness – The attendant may be required to issue flayers and brochures to the general populace for product awareness campaign

Qualifications
Minimum advanced Certificate in customer service or Sales, hands on skills to fulfill customer requests, Good Mathematics to handle payment for sold products and services and make change, prior knowledge of payment tools (POS, card payment machines) Salesmanship – gas attendants use sales skills to sell extra products and services to customers, good multitasking skills are essential
Skills
Physical fitness – to handle LPG gas pump, carry inventory items – tasks that all require stamina and endurance
