JOB DETAILS:
Sylva Food Solutions is looking for a qualified and competent Human Resource Manager. .

The incumbent shall be responsible for the following HR functions but not limited to:
• Developing and implementing HR policies and plans
• Coordinate and facilitate new employee hiring process
• Prepare staff leave and loan applications and follow through for the approval
• Create job descriptions for employees
• Counsel, orient and train management and heads of departments on the interpretation and administration of HR policies and procedures as they pertain to employees
• Oversee and manage employee issues such as complaints, counseling, disciplinary and grievances
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all company HR matters
• Drafting of employee contracts

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRMENTS
• The ideal candidate should be between 35-40 years
• Deep knowledge of state laws and in-depth knowledge of HR and administrative regulations ,programs and policies
• 4 years post qualifying experience
• Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management from a reputable institution
