JOB DETAILS:
Production Supervisor/Manager at Sylva Food Solutions .

Sylva Food Solutions is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor/Manager the incumbent shall be responsible for but not limited to the following:
• The supervision and production planning of the factory
• Ensuring that quality of raw materials and finished goods is in excellent condition
• Negotiating with suppliers for raw materials within the budget
• Maintenance of high hygiene levels in the factory and among workers
• Scheduling of essential product test, maintenance and pest control programs
• Monitoring stock levels of raw materials as well as finished products and making arrangements for replenishing
• Assisting in trainings at outside workshops and seminars.
