  People Management Requirements:
• Grade 12 full certificate or Matric A Diploma in Motor Vehicle Engineering or a related field of study. Member of the Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ) Supervisory experience in managing a maintenance crew Minimum 5 years managing a medium busy vehicle workshop. Valid SADC Driver's license Computer literacy (office suite). Strong customer and results orientation focus. Good communication (written and verbal) skills. Proven leadership ability.
