JOB DETAILS:
Title: Yoghurt Processing Operator Department: Processing Reporting to: Processing Manager .

Key Responsibilities
• Receive and process milk/products coming onto the site
• Clean and sterilize equipment
• Ensuring freshness of milk standards are maintained
• Ensuring milk parameters i.e. fat and SNF are of a recommended standard.
• Operate equipment to make and package dairy products
• Knowledge in milk pasteurization
• Monitor incubation period
• Maintain recommended temperature in Milk silos
• Take samples of, and test dairy products
• Supervise yogurt packaging

Requirements
• Food processing diploma
• Must be conversant with milk processing
• Must be conversant with Yoghurt and Sour Milk processing
• Must have 4-5 years of dairy processing experience
• Must be well versed with good manufacturing practices of food industry
