We are recruiting for the above-mentioned senior job on behalf of our client. Our client is a prominent energy sector company with a long history of growth and success in Zambia that is listed on the Lusaka Securities Exchange. The job is based in Lusaka and reports to the Managing Director. The successful candidate will be employed on a three (3) year contract basis.

Key Accountabilities
The Job-holder's key accountabilities are outlined below:
• Participate in the development of the corporate business strategy effectively cascading the corporate plan into departmental annual business plan;
• Lead the development, execution, and monitoring of communications plans that advance the business's brand identity and affinity;
• Lead the development, execution and monitoring of communications and engagement plans that foster strong and meaningful relationships that favorably positions the Company with various stakeholders including Government entities and officials:
• Manage engagement with the Securities Exchange (LUSE), the Regulator (SEC) and other relevant market intermediaries (brokers) and transfer agent to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements:
• Oversee the creation of and maintenance of Company online web content and communications as well as social media interactions to ensure that all content reflects the Company's communication policy, ethics and values of the Company and favorably positions the Company to the public;
• Lead the development, review and execution of the Company's corporate social responsibility programme that demonstrates the Company's commitment to a positive economic, social, and environmental impact on society, thereby fostering positive attitudes, perceptions and support for the Company amongst stakeholders;
• Collaborate with Commercial in the development and management of the Company's relationship management programme for major corporate customers based on the Company's value proposition to ensure a high level of satisfaction amongst these customers. Profile

The candidate should have the following qualifications and experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in a Communication or business discipline Certificate in Investor Relations or equivalent MBA Desirable
• At least 10 years' work experience
• At least 5 years Communications and Public/Investor/Media Relations experience
• At least 5 years working experience at senior level
• Record of interaction with senior management and externally with various parties, including Government, at local or international level

JOB DETAILS:
Provincial Health Office, Western Province with support from US Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has been implementing programs to improve the management of TB. STIs and HIV/AIDS care services in the Province since 2006. LOCATION: Provincial Health Office
REPORTS TO: Principal investigator
JOB PURPOSE: The Job holder will be responsible for supporting the operations of the project to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and donor regulations to help ensure effective delivery of high-quality implementation of programs in the Province.

PRINCIPAL ACCONTABILITIES
• Develop and monitor the implementation of project policies and procedures.
• Conduct periodic intemal reviews and investigations of compliance issues, to ensure that procedures are followed.
• Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints received or investigation outcomes.
• Review documentation, such as procurement records, to ensure there are no violations of standards or regulations.
• Provide employee training on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures.
• Perform and control the full audit cycle on risk management and control management over operations effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
• Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc Prepare and present reports that reflect audit's results and document process on compliance
• Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
• Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
• Maintain open communication with management and audil commillee
• Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
• Conduct follow up audits to monitor management's interventions
• Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector's rules,
• Regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance slondords
• Recommend resolution of compliance challenges or abrogation

JOB SPECIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
• Full grade 12 School Certificate with five (51 Levels
• Must be between the age of 21 and 45 years
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or other relevant Degrees strongly preferred in Accounting
• Master's will be an added advantage
• Must have four (4) years of relevant traceable experience in PEPFAR Programs, of which a minimum of two years entailing audit, compliance or risk management experience. Knowledge of audit standards and compliance regulations and familiarity with international standards for internal control and risk and compliance management
• Knowledge of GRZ and/or USG financial regulations
• Ability to write technical papers and reports clearly in English
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and local languages
• Other skills/Attributes: Computer literate, Managerial skills, good Interpersonal relations, ability to use initiative and trustworthiness.

JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Operations Manager-North, to provide appropriate secretarial and front office services at the Ndola Regional Office of the Agency.

MAIN DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABLITIES (Without Limitation)
• Provide secretarial and administrative support services to the office of the Operations Manager-North
• Manage the Front Office; attend to enquiries and pertinent issues from clients and staff
• Manage communication with clients
• Manage the switchboard
• Ensure the printing and sending of licenses for clients in the Region
• Attend to other assignments as properly assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Full Grade 12 School
• Diploma/ Certificate in secretarial studies
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an Executive office

CANDIDATES' PROFILE
The candidates for both positions must be Zambians who are self-starters, goal-oriented persons of high integrity and demonstrated ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision. Computer literacy is a must.
