Recruiting goal orientated individuals for roles as a Direct Sales Agent
Location is in Lusaka. All applicants should be based in the surrounding area or be willing to relocate at their own expense.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Research and source potential clients
• Market Frontier Finance’s products to potential clients
• Advise clients on the financial products that best suit their requirements
• Ensure correct submission of client applications in line the document requirements for each financial product
• Work hand in hand with the Branch managers to analyse and evaluate the credit worthiness of potential clients

Minimum requirements and experience:
1. Minimum grade 12 qualification.
2. Experience in sales, accounting, IT and business administration ideal
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
4. Minimum of two years’ experience in sales or related fields

• To generate Sales Revenue,

• Participate in the preparation of bids for tenders,
• Prepare all documents for customer account opening and customer care services,

• Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Marketing, Commerce or equivalent from a recognized learning Institution.
• 2 years’ experience in marketing, sales management, or trade execution preferably within the ICT industry or FMCG Environment.
• Valid driver’s license a must.

Professional Skills:
• Good knowledge of ICT and FMCG sales procedure
• Fluency in English
• Good PC skills and internet user skill
• Service and Product Knowledge of internet services selling-key attribute
• Implementing/Coordinating sales initiatives and acquisition
• Influencing/advising customers on company products & services
• Problem-solving/designing solutions sales related issues arising in the course of work to the satisfaction of customers.
• Good listening and negotiation skills
