Driver
JABU is a B2B e-commerce & distribution marketplace, offering tech-enabled, route-to-market development & merchandising for FMCG brands in undeveloped areas while helping unbanked businesses grow through efficient delivery, an affordable product basket, inventory management and credit facilities.

Role:
• Perform the daily vehicle checklist in the morning and evening with the
• Senior Driver
• Clean the vehicle daily
• Deliver a wide variety of items to different shops and through different routes, as set by the company
• Ensure that the goods supplied are of the quality and quantity demanded by the vendors
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate the vehicle assigned to you
• Make sure the car is kept in good condition and the services are done on time
• Report to the Senior Driver when you have a breakdown of the vehicle assigned.
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Ensuring that the assigned vehicle and any company asset allocated are in proper working conditions and available for inspection should the need arise

Requirements / Skills:
• Minimum of Grade 12 Certificate
• Minimum of 3 years of experience driving in a previous company on their CV
• Minimum of 5 years since receiving their Driver’s License
• Extensive knowledge of the operating area
• Communicate, read and write in English
• Being proactive and energized
• Physical strength and ability to lift up heavy goods
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Main Responsibilities
• Responsible for project supply plan development, implementation and supply fulfillment, support project delivery on time and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for making project supply plans, managing the implementation of supply cycle, predicting and managing short-term supply risks and solving minor issues
• Using the method of customer insight into the transaction patterns and habits of customers, open the business processes of both customers and Huawei, and identify the business pain points and root causes such as cost, efficiency and TTM.
• Familiar with the characteristics of typical supply scenarios, actively manage supply and demand risks, fully apply the methodology of "five elements", use platform resources and IT tools to output supply strategies for small and medium-sized customer groups or supply schemes for simple delivery projects with mature stock, Verify and optimize, and build contract availability.

Requirements
• Full Grade 12 Certificate or its equivalent
• Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing and Supply or equivalent A qualification from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply CIPS) will be an added advantage Member of the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply
• Have an understanding and master order/plan/logistics, manufacturing project supply and other related business knowledge and processes;
• Understand IPD, IPMS, PMP, IFS and other processes and project management knowledge, and be familiar with business continuity related business knowledge.
• Master the communication rules of business operation, methods and tools of compliance, internal control management, process management knowledge, digital operation methods, tools, algorithm optimization and other related knowledge.

JOB DETAILS:
Fleet Analyst X 4
Description

• Responsible for analyzing and evaluating the performance of vehicle fleets.
• Assist fleet officer to ensure driver compliance and availability, optimum -fleet performance and Client complaint resolution.
• Assist fleet officer in monitoring fleet performance to ensure that each truck is used efficiently according to its purpose,
• Assist fleet officer in ensuring drivers are available for collection of ATCs (Authority to Collect)
• Assisting fleet officer in monitoring driver trip performance
• Preparing reports detailing fleet utilization & performance
• Assisting fleet officers in ensuring trucks and drivers are fit for trips
• Maintain vehicle fleet inventory database
• Assist in any other duties assigned by the fleet officer

Requirements
• Fleet analysts needs a Certificate in logistics and Transport Minimum of one (l) year experience in fleet management.
