The Judiciary is an arm of Government of the Republic of Zambia. In order to improve service delivery, the Judiciary in North-Western Province intends to fill in the vacant positions as indicated below. Applications are therefore invited from suitable candidates to fill the above positions:

(JSS 03) ANNUAL BASIC SALARY OF K45, 650.30
TO BE BASED AT MUSELE LOCAL COURT IN KALUMBILA DISTRICT.
The successful candidates will report to the Local Court Magistrate in Charge of the Station and some of the responsibilities will include the following:
• Undertaking timely production and compilation of court returns in order to facilitate development of appropriate interventions.
• Preparing timely books of accounts for the Local Court for submission to the supervising officer
• Recording cases in the Local Court.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
• Full Form V or Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate with Five (5) 'O' levels Credit or better including English.
• Related professional qualification is an added advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and any local languages.

• To ensure that there is order and security during Court proceedings.
Effectively undertaking the services of Court processes and execution of Court Orders in order to facilitate Court processes and enforce Court Judgements.

The successful candidate will fill a position at Kitwe High Court and Buchil Local Court. The successful candidates will be required to report to the Assistant Registrar and the Clerk in Charge respectively.

The main responsibility of the Office Orderly is to undertake cleaning of offices, common areas and utensils in order to provide a conducive working environment and will be responsible for the following duties:
• Regular cleaning of the offices to ensure a clean and conducive working environment.
• Carrying out errands from officers in order to ensure smooth operation of work.
• Carries out duties as instructed by the Supervisor. Qualifications and Work Experience
• Full Grade (9) Certificate.
• Possession of a GCE Certificate will be an added advantage
• Able to communicate effectively in English and in any local languages

The COMESA Competition Commission (“the Commission”) is a regional body corporate established under Article 6 of the COMESA Competition Regulations (“the Regulations”) promulgated under Article 55 of the COMESA Treaty. The Commission is responsible for promoting competition and enhancing the welfare of consumers in the Common Market. The main functions of the Commission are to monitor markets and investigate anti-competitive business practices, control mergers and other forms of acquisitions in the Common Market and mediate disputes between the Member States concerning anti-competitive conduct.
