In order to improve service delivery, the Judiciary in North-Western Province intends to fill in the vacant positions as indicated below. The successful candidate will report to the Clerk in Charge of the Station and some of the responsibilities will include the following:
• Regular cleaning of the surroundings to ensure a clean and conducive working environment
• Carrying out errands from officers in order to ensure smooth operation of work. Carries out duties as instructed by the Supervisor.

Requirements:

Nkana Water Supply and Sanitation Company is a Commercial Water Utility providing quality Water and Sanitation services to its customers in Kitwe, Kalulushi, and Chambishi. The Company has also been mandated to provide water and sanitation services to Lufwanyama. In its quest to improve service delivery, the Company seeks to employ suitable, highly motivated and goal-oriented professionals to fill the above vacancy

1.0 Job Purpose
Reporting to the Assistant Inventory Controller, to ensure the correct materials are received, in the correct location at the correct time, through proactive supervision of a team at stores, ensure stores processes and procedures are maintained with consistency.

2.0 Job Accountabilities
▪ Receive materials, checking quality and accuracy against PO’s, prints, and specifications.
▪ Perform quality inspection checks on received goods and sign appropriate inspection documentation in collaboration with end-users.
▪ Ensure product is kept to ensure maximum safety to avoid damage to goods delivered.
▪ Perform regular cycle counting of inventory.
▪ Perform general inventory control tasks and assist in the year-end stock take special tasks, all in a timely and accurate manner.
▪ Accurately enter inventory, goods received data and make necessary adjustments on the bid card.
▪ Contribute to team effort by performing other tasks as appropriate and/or necessary.
▪ Ensure good storage of received items.
▪ Checking bin cards and physical stores and ensure replenishment reports are prepared.
▪ Raise Goods Received Notes and forward them to the procurement officer for signing.
▪ Stacking of received goods in their appropriate sections and/racks.
▪ Issuing of materials from stores.
▪ Assist in the preparations of quarterly stocktaking.

3.0 Qualifications and Experience
▪ Full Grade Twelve certificate with at least credits in five (05) ‘O’ Levels including
Mathematics and English
▪ Advanced Certificate in Purchasing and Supply from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) or Second Certificate in Purchasing and Supply under the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply (ZIPS) qualification
▪ Member of the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply (ZIPS)
▪ At least two (2) years’ experience in a similar position
