Reporting to the MD’S Personal Assistant, the successful candidates will be accountable for the following:
• Provide transportation for Managing Director’s Office errands
• Deliver payment transfers to the bank and/or the suppliers.
• Conduct cash purchases for administration office expenditure.
• Distribute mail as needed, both incoming and outgoing and assist in picking up flight tickets.
• Facilitate airport pick ups for VIP visitors and transportation during official visits.
• Act as a backup for the Receptionist during lunch hours and as needed by answering to the phone and taking care of visitor registration.
• Schedule Managing Directors annual vehicle examination with the Transportation Department and apply for the renewal for the vehicle license
• Determine when and what kind of maintenance the vehicle needs, keep track of general maintenance and insurance schedules.
• Maintain logbook of the pool vehicle on daily basis
• Transports other officials as directed to and from required destinations
• Delivers or collects documents to and from specified locations as instructed
• Ensures compliance to all road traffic regulations.

The job is particularly suitable for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements and possess the following attributes.
• Grade 12 Certificate
• 3 years driving experience with clean record
• Class C Driver’s License
• Polite with ability to communicate well
• Team player with ability to adhere to instructions
• Sober mind, self-starter physically fit and honest

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:
• Relevant College or University qualification
• 2 years of job related experience
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language.
• Through knowledge of special rates / offers / promotions.
• Proven ability to manage room sales with due regard to the Revenue.
• Ability to adhere to Management Policy and target sales mix to achieve maximum room revenue, ensuring every opportunity to sell is taken.

Job Purpose
To declare and assess correct taxes on behalf of customs in the asycuda world system and in compliance with the regulations for Internal and external customs procedures.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
• Receive and read the File from the Central Clearing Supervisor.
• Check and understand documents in the file.
• Ensure you understand instructions on the mode of clearance
• Prepare dummy entry and a supervisor must validate the dummy entry.
• With approval from customs through the CS, declaration and assessment can be done
• Monitor exit of exports from bond and exiting RIT’S
• Acquit all exiting RIT’S in customs asycuda world system.
• To send acquittals back to exporting office
• Record entries in customs ledger

What You Need To Succeed
• Grade Twelve School Certificate
• At least 2 Years of work experience in a Similar Position
• Diploma in Clearing, Shipping and Forwarding
• Practical knowledge of asycuda world system a must
• The ability to work in a team and individually
• Sound decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• The ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
• Good business judgment

Position: Driver Salesman X6
Location: Lusaka/Chipata
Contract: One Year Contract
Reporting to the Sales and Distribution Supervisor, the successful candidates will be accountable for the following:
• To provide information on sales forecast for designated route
• Ensures that he loads the quantities that will meet the demands of the route services
• Provide information that could lead to exploration of new market avenues
• Ensure that cash is kept safely at all times
• Ensure cash sales balance with stock sold and balance back (returns)
• Adequate servicing of the route to ensure delivery of beer at the customers’ convenience
• Confirm that returnable empties reconcile with the due refundable deposit and inspected to ensure re-usability before payment of refundable deposit
• Ensure reduction or no loss of beer in your custody
• Drive vehicle according to traffic rules and report the vehicle’s defects in time for servicing or correction
