We are currently looking for a candidate to fill in the position of Chief Risk Officer. In this, position you will act as the corporate executive tasked with assessing and mitigating significant competitive, operational, compliance, legal, strategic, cyber, privacy, regulatory and technological threats to the enterprises assets including capital and earnings potentials.

Reporting to the chief executive officer, the successful candidate will:
• Provide the overall leadership, vision, and direction for risk management.
• Oversee the development, implementation and execution of the enterprise risk strategy and program.
• Oversee the development and update of risk maps and strategic action plans to mitigate the company’s primary threats, and monitor the progress of risk mitigation efforts.
• Build risk quantification and qualification models, algorithms and formulas to support the definition of risk appetite and tolerance levels.
• Oversee the execution of the annual enterprise risk assessment and remediation activities.
