Our Client is on the lookout for a lodge manager to help them run a Lodge in Lusaka,

The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous lodge management experience (or managerial experience in a different field)
• A diploma in Hospitality
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in this field (or similar)
• Strong administration skills
• Capability managing all Lodge departments, such as housekeeping & guest activities
• A keen eye for detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience and skill with stock control
• Capability with social media and booking platforms
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Strong leadership & managerial skills, capable of managing and motivating a team
• A strong work ethic
• Must be prepared to work longer hours when the lodge is busy
• A charismatic and energetic personality
• A sense of responsibility and maturity
• The ability to think outside the box in order to correctly handle situations as they arise

Duties that the candidate will be responsible for:
• Ensuring the smooth running of the lodge
• Ensuring that guests have an enjoyable and memorable stay
Salary structure: basic + commission If you meet the above criteria

A Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of a restaurant in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?
• A Restaurant Supervisor, will be responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of a restaurant in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations
• Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
• Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
• Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
• Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
