Mayani Agro Limited is a Private Ltd Company which is registered with PACRA. The company under its brand of Agro Market Zambia has recently launched its website where it is developing an agribusiness directory. Mayani Agro Limited therefore is seeking to hire a Client Onboarding Consultant to facilitate onboarding of Clients to the platform
• Explain the concept of the Agribusiness Directory to the would-be clients and users of the platform.
• Conduct KYC Procedures, Client validation and vetting
• Assist interested businesses to register on the agromarket website.
• Identify and report any issues that may arise while attempting to obtain valid data
• Ensure that the supervisor is kept informed of completed assignments and progress
• Analyze the authenticity of the information provided by ensuring direct contact with each business registered.

• Diploma or Certificate in Agribusiness, Marketing, Business Administration or any related discipline
• 1-2 years’ experience in Data Collection, Sales or Marketing
• Resident of Kabwe, Choma, Kitwe or Lusaka
Renumeration and Contract type
• Renumeration will be on commission basis based on number of clients onboarded.
• Short term contract based on completion of task assigned maximum (1 month)

• Will be Responsible for entering all new client’s details into the client registration system either manually or electronically
• Receive, assist, and direct clients in a courteous, efficient, and welcoming manner projecting a positive, friendly, and professional image;
• Checking documents, informing applicants of additional requirements and documents;
• Ensure all loans are properly documented with accurate and complete information;
• Maintaining clients right to privacy and confidentiality throughout the loan process;
• Interview applicants to collect information concerning their financial needs and give advice to customers on financial literacy;
• Answering to customer questions, customer service;
• Ensure conformity with credit policy;
• Responsible for cash management;
• Marketing;
• Ensure that clients have the right information regarding the products, promotions, and other value-added services.

• Diploma in Banking & Finance, Accounting ,Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field;
• Should be able to work within the working rules and regulations of the organization and should have excellent communication skills;
• Should be able to work in a target driven work environment and should have good problem solving and analytical skills;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
• Ability to Multi-task;
• Should be a good motivator with commendable interpersonal skills;
• Minimum of two years work experience in similar capacity & industry
