Purpose of job
To make business outbound calls and receive inbound business calls, respond to customer e-mails/social media queries, and provide service to customers over the telephone.

• Ensure that team members own and manage customer queries and complaints by taking ownership and resolving in a timely manner. Act as the escalation point for their unresolved queries and complaints. Full adherence to TCF principles to avert risks associated with dissatisfied customers.
• To manage Transaction Processing Team.
• Sensitize staff on the need to be alert especially when processing large transactions.
