The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel, to day-to-day staff management and guests. He should be an ambassador for the brand and hotel. Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of our service culture, maximized operations and guest satisfaction. Work Very closely with the hotel owners and other stake holders.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned hotel professional with outstanding, management skills and extensive hands-on experience. Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.

Description
• Clean and maintain the kiln inlet to ensure optimal operations and to prevent disruptions in the clinker production process.
• Conduct routine process checks at kiln inlet and riser to ensure that there are no blockages/build-ups.
• Inspect the pre-heater cyclones on a daily basis and seal off false air as required.
• Inspect and ensure that the kiln inlet and cyclone are cleaned regularly.

• Ensure all equipment are used within prescribed limits and in accordance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Oversee the effective operation of the kilns and coal mill to ensure the kiln is maintained in proper working condition.
• Supervise CCR operators in monitoring the plant process lines to avoid downtime and to ensure uninterrupted operations in the kiln and coal mill.
