JOB DETAILS:
Crane Operator
Description

• Knowledge of driving a Mobile crane on all kind of terrains, worksites, construction sites, factories, storage yards and warehouses.
• Unloading and loading trailers, containers material like conveyor rolls & cable reels.
• Assess the lifting scheme in detail with the supervisor based on the boom & lift before embarking any lifting operation.
• Inspect the condition of rigging tools required for the corresponding lifts.
• Inspecting mobile crane for any mechanical or electrical or automotive faults and reporting to Workshop In-charge for any assistance.
• Follow the lifting procedure in accordance to MSD, viz. barricades, wheel chokes & ground jacking etc.
• On a daily basis, inspect and perform PM on the mobile crane.
• Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.
• Perform lifting operations in the guidance of rigger’s signage.
• Awareness of all relevant Health & Safety procedures, and able to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions of mobile crane.
• Arrange and ensure the fitness of basic lifting tools and availability.
• To ensure maintenance of the lifting tools timely through workshop & requisitions for Spare parts with Supervisor.
• Ensure good housekeeping and cleanness of the work sites and the workshop and make sure that all left over material / scrap are removed and properly disposed.
• Ensures the compliance with safety rules, work permit system, good working practice, proper implementation of procedures, quality and environmental requirements and
• Shall participate in maintenance activities in any of the maintenance jobs in the Plant as may be decided by the DCZL management.

Requirements
• 10 Plus 2 School and Rigger Certificate.
• HEMM Driving License.
• 5 years of hands-on experience in operating large cranes

JOB DETAILS:
2 Lubricator
Description

• Responsible for carrying out the daily inspection and lubrication activities of the various equipment and machines as per the set schedule.
• Ensure quality of jobs done (adherence to timelines of schedules, minimal rework of jobs).
• Ensure that correct lubricant (grease / oil) is used at the right places as specified by OEM schedules.
• Daily inspection of lubricated equipment for the observation of leakages / change in temperatures/ spillages.
• Communicate the observations to his Supervisor.
• Ensure that the lubricant is not spilt on ground during oil replacements.
• Ensure the condition of breathers in lube sumps are in good condition.
• Ensure the lubricated sumps are in dust free condition.
• Participate in the other lubrication related activities such as replacement of Pumps & hoses of a hydraulic power pack, in case of requirement & work load.
• Carry out cleaning Inline filters & Return line filters as & when needed.
• Ensure proper adherence to equipment / machine handing over procedures - remove and make sure that all maintenance tools / material and personnel are cleared from the working site and the equipment is safe to resume operation before handing over to production / user department.
• Assure environmental compliance and clean plant operations
• Carry out all other duties as assigned to him by his superiors from time to time
• Arrange and ensure the readiness and availability of Grease pumps, Oil transfer pumps etc. in Oil room.
• Work effectively with the team to achieve the target in stipulated time to reduce the downtime.
• Ensure good housekeeping and cleanness of the work sites and the workshop and make sure that all left over material / scrap are removed and properly disposed.
• Ensures the compliance with safety rules, work permit system, good working practice, proper implementation of procedures, quality and environmental requirements and regulations.
• Shall participate in maintenance activities in any of the maintenance jobs in the Plant as may be decided by the DCZL management

Requirements
• 10 Plus 2 school and Artisan certificate in Fitter
• 2 years of hands on experience in small to medium scale industry/ workshop in lubrication related jobs.

• Maintain and support PLC and SCADA hardware and software standards for site
• Plan and implement PLC maintenance
• Support line teams with PLC and SCADA troubleshooting
• Optimize maintenance costs, track and monitor the departmental expenses
• Optimize control systems
• Field instrumentation maintained and calibrated
• Measuring devices maintained and calibrated
• Calibration of new instruments and equipment
• Apply problem solving and decision making techniques/principles.
• Ensure 5 whys are completed for every abnormal operation on time
• Ensure ABR are completed when the ABR triggers are hit
• Find and eliminate the root causes to the problems
• Develop employees training on SCADA systems
• Manage and apply personnel practices
• Implement performance management systems
• Communicate effectively in the workplace
• Facilitate effective team dynamics
• Maintain and Support Electrical Standards for Site as per Group Standards
• Plan and Implement maintenance of Electrical Systems, PLC & SCADA Systems in accordance with COSWIN
• A&C, E&I standards maintained to AB-InBev standards

Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree: Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• Siemens PLC training
• Advance SIMATIC Training plus 12 months on the job training
• Experience with SCADA System maintenance
