This position is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Bank's computer systems and network ensuring 24/7 Operation of systems and when problem e , efecting quick and permanent solutions In addition to manage the implementation of ICT projects and the operations of the Helpdesk

Key Responsibilities
1. Creates and maintains infrastructure and security standards, documentation and procedures of the Bank.
2 Develops a proactive approach to IT support and conducts regular customer service feedback surveys
3. Ensures detailed analysis of incidents to determine incident trends, and makes recommendations based on findings
4. Ene Sociated Policies. Procedures and Standards are produced, communicated and implemented
5. Coordinates all ICT p ects in liaison with other project managers) and the planning thereof to ensure that appropriate resources are available and assigned accordingly
6. Manages and maintains the disaster recovery site in line with best practise and ensures that Disaster Recovery Plans are tested and DRP documents updated
7. Manages vendor relationships and ensures timely effective provision of technical support
8. Provides technical advice on new technology that is appropriate to banking services
9. Direct and coordinate a team of tech support specialists help desk technicians
10. Prioritize related problems as they come in to Help Desk and escalate when necessary
11. Regularly analyse and review logs to determine if problems are imminent and develop solutions before they OCGU
12. Fallow up with customers to gauge their satisfaction with problem resolution identity tech support problem areas (ie negative trends and, of warranted, implement corrective actions

Qualifications and experience
1. Grade 12 Certificate with 50' with creditor better in Mathematics and English
2. Minimum Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering information Technology information Systems
3. Minimum of five (5) years proven experience in technical support is desired of which three (3) years must be management level though a similar amount of experience in a customer support role would be very helpful
4. Experience as a team leader in any area of it will be considered
5. Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels are essential must be customer focused
6. Strong computer analytical and organisational skills
7. Must be able to work quickly and methodically, a problem solver and possess a positive, take-charge attitude
8. Appropriate project management and/or technical support management certification will be an added advantage

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
Laboratory Chemical Analyst will provide technical, classical and instrumental analytical chemistry, specific to metals and minerals analysis and /or water analysis.

Main Accountabilities
• Responsible for testing all parameters of incoming raw materials
• Responsible for sample and formula testing of materials
• Cleaning, preparing and sterilizing materials and equipment for laboratory work
• Laboratory services in ensuring technical and methodological standard parameters.

Required Skills and Competencies
• Grade Twelve with five O’ level which must include English
• Diploma or degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, environmental science, or related field

Job description:
Overall Job Purpose: to be responsible for the effective and efficient field operation of all grinding and classifying circuit up to the flotation circuit to maximize production and minimize costs, while ensuring operational sustainability. The role has a focus on minute-hourly-daily basis.

Specific Job Responsibility
• The role has field equipment accountability from the apron feeders, sag mill, ball mill, hydro-cyclone clusters, flash flotation unit, flotation surge tank, conveying systems, dust scrubbers and all associated equipment delivering slurry to the flotation circuit.
• Carry out thorough pre-start checks, equipment inspections, adjustments and cleaning.
• Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards.
• Compliance to HSE requirements and reporting/correcting defects and unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Ensure all incidents are reported promptly.
• Ensure that start-up and shutdown procedures in all areas of milling are executed safely and promptly.
• Operate equipment according to procedures given in the operating strategies and instructions.
• Deliver and exceed the KPI’s of milling throughput, grinding utilization, product particle size and routine work compliance.
• Ensure dust control is achieved effectively.
• Conduct all routine tasks, including field check-sheets and equipment inspections in a timely and accurate manner.
• Diagnose plant defects and ensure they are immediately addressed.
• Identify equipment that requires correction and immediately escalate to superiors.
• Support maintenance in the delivery of their tasks.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Experience required to perform in this job
• Minimum 3 years of prior experience in operating a wet processing plant, particularly in a grinding circuit (SAG, Ball mill exposure).
• Flotation experience is highly regarded.
• Prior experience in plant commissioning and plant ramp up desirable.
• Experience in a large, complex base metals processing plant(s) is a plus.

Qualifications
• Full grade twelve (G12) certificate.
• Certificate in metallurgy, chemical engineering, mineral processing or related field.

Job Purpose
Reporting to the Trucks Superintendent, the Technical Advisor will be responsible for Improving the reliability and availability of the mobile maintenance team by building, assessing and continuously improving the equipment availability. Identify, develop and implement improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness of mobile maintenance and operations processes.

Responsibilities
• Monitor condition of equipment.
• Carry out routine and statutory inspections.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• QA/QC of planned maintenance and breakdown repairs on mining trucks.
• Measure and report overall maintenance performance
• Actively promote full cooperation between the maintenance and mining operation.
• Take full responsibility and accountability for the performance of the mobile maintenance team.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of maintenance processes and systems.
• Cooperate with the maintenance planners regarding input schedules and accurate information.
• Develop, implement and maintain safe work procedures and promote high safety and health awareness.
• Promote and comply with the FQMO Occupational Health & Safety Policies.
• Ensure appropriate facilities, procedures and workforce competence to achieve legal compliance, incident prevention and the achievement of tasks in an environmentally sustainable manner.
• Ensure the development and maintenance of up to date job procedures for all tasks performed within the function.
• Ensure effective communication with delegate prior to departure from site.

• Valid Driver’s license

Experience
• 10 Years practical work in Heavy Earthmoving Equipment Maintenance on (Cat and Hitachi Trucks).
• Experience in large multi pit operations utilizing large scale mining equipment
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team safely and improve team safety awareness
• Experience in managing costs and budgeting
• Demonstrated application of continuous improvement ideas
• PC Literacy.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
