• We are looking for a driven Social Media Specialist to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users.

What does a Social Media Specialist do?
• The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.
• Social media specialists should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. You are responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and prospective customers.

• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

Requirements and skills
• Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
• Fluency in English
• Certificate or Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
• Bachelors Degree will be an added advantage but not a requirement

Job Purpose:
The Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing promotions, publicity and public activities of the Bank in order to facilitate attraction of wide section of exhibitors to generate the required income. Summary of Key Responsibilities;

Qualifications and Experience

• Must have proven working experience in digital marketing
• Most have a strong understanding of marketing techniques such as writing and sending media releases and posting information on websites.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

You will be involved in ASP Prequalification analysis and identification and enable the delivery of new methods, tools and optimizations which will grow Ericsson’s delivery efficiency. Your role will be to coordinate the cooperation of several vital Ericsson’s units, structure all processes at the interface between them and secure the best-in-class model of cooperation between Ericsson and its Subcontractors. This role requires a balance between leadership, influence skills, individual support, and expertise in Service Delivery, Sourcing and Vendor Management. You must be able to remotely coordinate the work of different internal and external Ericsson’s resources across the Middle East and Africa, be able to work under pressure and deadlines with some international travel.

What you will do
• Define and implement new Regional Service Delivery Strategy for Network Build Projects
