JOB DETAILS:
Kalulushi Training Centre (KATC) is a registered private tertiary School offering Diploma in
Clinical Medicine Clinical Officer General) by Distance and full time. The center is located in a
quiet residential area on Plot Number 10206, Corner of Muleya Street and Dag Hammarskjold
Road (former workrite) in Kalulushi. We are seeking for enthusiastic Lecturers (x2) to join our lecturing team and provide creative ideas to help achieve our
goals.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bsc in Clinical Medicine or related discipline as a minimum.
• Must have have a current practicing license and fully registered with HPCZ
• Must be willing to start immediately

Job Summary
We are looking for an organised Registrar with a personable demeanour to join the administrative staff of our academic institution. You will be responsible for directing all facets of the operations of the Registrar’s Office including student registration and academic records, class enrolments and schedules, instructional space assignments, graduation clearance, and other details necessary to keep our institution running smoothly. The successful candidate should have excellent computer literacy with a background in student administration with strategies for maintenance and upgrading of the academic information infrastructure.

Responsibilities and Duties (As stipulated in the Higher Education Act No. 4 of 2013)
• Organises and administers student records
• Oversees the student admissions and graduation process
• Ensures records are updated with new grades, attendance, finances, etc
• Organises training for all staff at the university
• Performs clerical tasks, such as printing academic transcripts for students
• Keeps student information confidential and secure
• Participates in student service committees and initiatives
• Prepares regular and ad hoc reports with comments and recommendations on policy and technical issues for the attention of university senior management

Qualifications and Skills
• Master’s Degree in any field
• Experience in Business Administration, or related field will be an advantage
• Detail oriented person with strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Be able to multi-task and work professionally under pressure
• Strong computer literacy, with database familiarity
• Understanding of sales and the capacity to interface with the university sales office Application

Job Summary
Open Window University is looking to add a new lecturer to our DESIGN ARTS department in order to assist in the development and offering of the GRAPHIC DESIGN and/or 2D ANIMATION subjects. The successful candidate will oversee all the academic needs of the Graphic Design and/or Animation courses, teach theoretically and practically, develop course content, mentor students and participate in initiatives related to teaching, creative production, research and social engagement.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Assist in the development of the Graphic Design & 2D Animation courses
• Develop the ability of students to engage in critical discourse as well as creative output
• Teach, facilitate and mentor undergraduate students’ development within the programme(s)
• Prepare for, and deliver, classes pertaining to your field of Graphic Design and/or Animation
• Be available for one-on-one crit sessions with students you are teaching
• Seek out educational and cultural engagements for students with relevant industry and cultural bodies
• Where time allows, to assist in the digitisation of curriculum content

Qualifications and Skills
• An undergraduate degree majoring in Graphic Design and/or Animation
• Master’s degree in the Arts/Humanities
• Display strong design ability and aesthetic sensibility
• Expert knowledge of Adobe software: After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
• Good verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills, emotional stability and empathy towards students
