Suffix Technologies is looking for suitably qualified individuals to fill the position of sales associate. This role is designed to provide practical work experience to students or recent graduates from business related programs.

Job Description
• Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary to senior management
• Building and developing strong customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

• Diploma in any field
• Good selling, negotiation, and communication skills
• Computer Literate

• Excellent communicator and natural diplomat, capable of seamlessly liaising with internal and external stakeholders on a constant basis.
• Good presentation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Can-do mentality with the attitude to roll up the sleeves and get things done.
• High sense of urgency and energy in achieving set goals.
• Takes ownership of their work.
• Ability to meet deadlines and to work independently or as a team member

This is a commission-based sales role, no monthly retainer is provided. Successful candidates will receive commission ranging from $100 to $300 depending on the type of solution they manage to sale.

A private Zambian Company involved in the manufacturing of PP Woven bag is hiring Sales and Marketing Coordinator to be based in Lusaka.

Job Responsibilities
• Prepare Sales and Marketing Plan, Sales and Marketing strategy for Sales;
• Establish product portfolio and enhance strong market share;
• Meet sales target with particular focus on Industries, Corporate houses and bid for Government contracts etc
• Keep abreast of competitor activities with sales, collection, credit and new product entry and report to superior accordingly;
• To establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines;
• Retain the existing customer and enhance the new customer by following various marketing strategies.

Job Demands:
• 85% Field work and 15% office work;

Employment Status
• Performance based – contract

Educational Requirements
• Degree in Marketing is preferred.
• The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing of PP Woven bag manufacturing company.
• ZIM Membership a must.
• 45 years and below.

Job description
• Monitor the stock, sale and distribution of distributor, through quantitative analysis methods and data oriented management
• bring up the related professional analysis results and management suggestion
• Assist customers in developing channel promotion and team incentive programs to increase channel sales
• visit key customers in the region, find out all problems and expectations, help solve them to increase sales and satisfaction
• Increase the display area of our products in the store and occupy the largest display area
• Check the sales price of our products in the store and assist in promotion activities
• Cash collection
• Frequent business trips across Zambia
