Goldenlay Agri Ltd is the largest producer, supplier, and distributor of table eggs across Zambia, and boasting a brand familiar to retailers and consumers alike. Goldenlay is hereby inviting applications from suitable qualified candidates to fill the position of Projects Foreman
Reporting structure:
• The Job holder will be reporting to the Operations and Maintenance Manager,
• He will oversee the Company’s building team, Support services staff and seasonal employees.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the company’s building team and oversee construction works,
• Ensure the lawns are well maintained and kept clean,
• Ensure fire breaks around fences are created on a timely basis and maintained,
• Ensure a spraying of herbicides around fences and any other areas as requested by supervisor is coordinated,
• Provide all the required tools and materials to ensure smooth running of operations,
• Maintain the relevant project documents and records,
• Timely removal of sludge and scum from all wastewater storage ponds and ensure timely emptying when full,
• Ensure all non – biodegradable and non – recyclable wastes are transported to the appropriate dumping site outside company premises,
• Ensure subordinates undertake works in a safe manner and ensure all required health and safety permits are authorized,
• Ensure PJHA are undertaken and documented,
• Drive around project personnel and materials,

Education and Experience
• Certificate or Diploma in Social Work, Psychology or any related field
• Must have First Aid Skills training
• Must have excellent communication skills to be able to communicate with employers and children.
• Must have strong organizational skills to be able to manage your household effectively.
• Must have leadership skills, must be a team player, patient and hardworking.
• Past work experience in the same field will be an added advantage.
