Under the supervision of the Nutrition Section Chief, the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer – SUN II (TA) will provide oversight for the planning, monitoring, and evaluation of the SUN II program. Due to the scale of the SUN II programme, the multiple partners and the complexity of the programme, the officer will oversee the coordination of the planning process with all stakeholders to ensure that the program has evidence based Multi-sectoral plans for Nutrition. The Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will also work with the government line ministries, UN agencies and other Nutrition partners to monitor programme implementation and ensure the programme has data for decision making.

Reports to Research Coordinator, the incumbent supports the study with recruitment and retention and works closely with the clinic staff to ensure HIV treatment and prevention services are prevented according to the standard of care. S/he ultimately follows the study protocol to ensure the best quality data are collected and all research ethics are upheld.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
The Data Analytics Manager will develop and implement supply chain decision-making business intelligence systems. The manager will design data collection, storage, analysis, reporting, and security procedures. The role also includes developing management procedures to ensure the adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of data.

Specific Tasks
Technical Implementation
• Lead the monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) unit to conduct analysis on supply chain and project performance, strategic planning for continued learning and improvement for effective use of resources;
• Gather, analyze and report data on all task orders to meet PSM indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) monitoring and evaluation (M&E) requirements and liaise with task order directorates in completing specific requirements, such as the TO1 site-level stock dashboard and PMI reports;

Description:
Reports to Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator. The intern will be trained to track progress and results of the Programme against key indicators.
Tasks
• Assists in monitoring of DQMIS implementation.
• Assists developing tools to verify data in registers and on summary forms.
• Assists with report analysis for identified indicators.
• Updates weekly progress reports on key performance indicators.
• Maintains database on custom (process) indicators (Including Trainings, Mentorships, DQAs conducted, CDC KPIs etc).
• Enters reports for Quality improvement Projects and Special initiatives as
• guided.
• Assists Compiling and Submission of required reports for management
• and other partners
• Assists with adhoc monitoring reports as requested by Senior M&E Coordinator
