CHANGE & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
SALARY: $5000 - $6000 NET + ACCOMODATION
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Change Management (such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent frameworks) is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years' progressive experience in change management, internal communications, organizational development, or transformation roles.
- Proven experience supporting large-scale organizational change initiatives such as system implementations, restructuring, digital transformation, or process improvements.
