Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Activation Manager to join our Consumer team. The Activation Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to drive consumer engagement and brand awareness for our consumer healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute activation plans to drive consumer engagement and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to ensure alignment of activation strategies with overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, preferences, and opportunities.
• Plan and execute consumer events, promotions, and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive product sales.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activation initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including retailers, distributors, and promotional agencies.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices in consumer activation and marketing.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in consumer activation, marketing, or brand management, preferably within the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry or any FMCG (at least 2 years).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decision-making.
• Creative thinker with a passion for consumer engagement and brand building.
• Flexibility to travel as needed.
