Empire Cote Infrastructure Group (ECIG) is a Zambian engineering and infrastructure company with over 20 years of experience delivering engineering, construction, and project management solutions. We are seeking a motivated, adaptable, and proactive Administrative, Accounts & Marketing Intern to support our business development, administrative, and operational functions.
This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or current student seeking practical experience in marketing, administration, accounting, and project support within a dynamic engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the company's marketing and business development initiatives.
- Assist in identifying potential business opportunities and promoting the company's services.
- Help prepare company profiles, marketing materials, and tender-related documentation.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support.
- Assist with filing, document management, and data entry.
- Deliver and collect documents from government institutions, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Support compliance documentation and statutory submissions.
- Assist with basic accounting and office administration tasks.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Interest in marketing and business development.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
- Valid driver's licence is required.
- Valid passport is an added advantage.
- Willing and able to travel to project locations as required.
