Background

Wittlink Car Wash is inviting applications from suitably qualified and motivated candidates to fill the position of Car Wash Operations & Mini Bar Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the day-to-day operations of the car wash

Overseeing and running operations at the mini bar

Supervising car wash employees, including attendance, task allocation, and performance

Supporting basic record keeping (sales, expenses, stock, and daily summaries)

Minimum Qualifications

• Grade 12 School Certificate with a Credit in Mathematics
• Conversant with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Accounts Certificate is an added advantage

Required Skills & Attributes

• Honest, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Strong customer service and basic business awareness

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: high school
