About Us

At Mac Staffing Solutions, we make global expansion seamless. As a leading Employer of Record, we help businesses hire, onboard, pay, and support their dream teams anywhere in the world—without the administrative headache.

We are looking for an empathetic, organized, and proactive HR & Client Care Coordinatorto be the bridge between our clients, their global employees, and our operations.

The Role: What You’ll Do

As our HR & Client Care Coordinator, you will wear two vital hats: ensuring our clients receive world-class service, and ensuring their co-employed team members have a smooth, compliant, and welcoming HR experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, answering day-to-day inquiries regarding payroll timelines, local labor laws, and employee relations with speed and clarity.
  • Employee Lifecycle Coordination: Guide international employees through their entire lifecycle—from seamless onboarding to off boarding.
  • HR Compliance & Support: Assist in navigating country-specific labor regulations, benefit administrations, and leave management, coordinating closely with our local support partners.
  • Issue Resolution: Actively listen to employee and client concerns, troubleshooting issues (e.g., payroll discrepancies, platform navigation) with empathy and efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously find ways to streamline our client onboarding and employee support workflows.

Who You Are

You are a people person who loves logistics. You thrive in fast-paced environments, sweat the details, and genuinely care about delivering an outstanding customer experience.

  • The Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a huge asset).
  • The Problem Solver: A proactive mindset. You don't just spot a problem; you bring three potential solutions to the table.
  • The Detail Fanatic: High attention to detail. Managing compliance and payroll inputs requires a sharp eye.
  • The Tech-Savvy Professional: Comfort with modern technology, Ai, Suite, G-Suite., HRIS platforms.
