Responsibilities or duties

• Manage the complaints and inquiries hotline for external stakeholders.
• Process orders and track shipments for local customers (if applicable).
• Provide timely responses to email inquiries regarding product specifications.
• Maintain a customer relationship management (CRM) database.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to resolve delivery discrepancies.
• Escalate technical issues to the Quality Control team for resolution.
