Job Summary

We are looking for responsible, reliable, and safety-conscious motorbike riders to operate X-ENERGi electric motorcycles. The rider will be responsible for safe and efficient transportation while properly operating and caring for the electric motorcycle and battery.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate an X-ENERGi electric motorcycle on approved routes.
• Follow all road traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Take proper care of the motorcycle, battery, and accessories.
• Monitor battery levels and ensure the battery is swapped/charged when required.
• Use designated X-ENERGi battery swap stations correctly.
• Report motorcycle, battery, GPS, app, or swap-station problems immediately.
• Keep the motorcycle clean and in good operating condition.
• Complete daily checks of the motorcycle before use.
• Maintain professional conduct when interacting with customers and members of the public.
• Avoid unauthorized modifications, misuse, or off-road use of the motorcycle.
• Report accidents, damage, breakdowns, or other incidents promptly.

Requirements

• Valid motorcycle riding licence.
• Grade 12 results
• Previous motorcycle riding experience.
• Good knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations.
• Basic ability to use a smartphone and mobile applications.
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow company procedures and safety instructions.
• Physically capable of riding for extended periods.

Preferred Qualities

• Experience with delivery, taxi, courier, or commercial motorcycle services.
• Basic knowledge of electric motorcycles and battery systems.
• Good knowledge of Lusaka and surrounding areas.
• Customer-service oriented.
• Honest and respectful.

Important

Riders are expected to take full responsibility for the safe operation and proper care of the assigned X-ENERGi motorcycle and battery. Battery levels must be monitored at all times, and riders must not allow the battery to fall below the company-recommended minimum level.
