Kwame Nkrumah University, Mpika Satellite Campus invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the positions of Part-Time Lecturers in the following subject:
JOB PURPOSE
To deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment, while contributing to curriculum development and promoting a culture of professional excellence.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or equivalent with Teaching Methodology
- A minimum of a Master’s Degree in the relevant field
- Lecturing experience at tertiary level is an added advantage
- Proof of academic publications in peer-reviewed journals
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Strong teaching, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Proven ability to conduct research and publish
- Ability to work on part-time and flexible hours
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use learning management systems
- Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: postgraduate degree
