FIELD SALES AGENTS– COMMISSION BASED

Lima Nest is a growing food distribution business specializing in packaged dried commodities, including but not limited to beans, rice, kapenta, caterpillars, and other staple foods. As part of our expansion strategy, we are looking to recruit motivated Field Sales Agents to help grow our retail network and increase product availability in communities across Lusaka.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are confident in engaging with people, identifying business opportunities, and building relationships with small retailers and households.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit retailers and resellers within local communities.
• Promote Lima Nest packaged food products to households and small retail outlets.
• Facilitate new customer orders and help expand Lima Nest’s distribution network.
• Maintain relationships with recruited retailers and encourage repeat orders.
• Provide regular updates on market opportunities and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of local communities and retail markets is an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales and networking.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or distribution will be an added advantage.

Compensation

This role is commission-based, offering attractive earning potential linked to sales performance.

High-performing field sales agents may be considered for full-time employment with Lima Nest, subject to consistent performance and business growth.
