Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Financial Strategist & Property Manager to join our team in Lusaka. This role combines financial planning, investment analysis, and hands-on property management.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Investment

• Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth
• Conduct feasibility studies and investment analysis for property projects
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Identify new real estate investment opportunities

Property Management

• Oversee daily operations of residential/commercial properties
• Manage tenants, lease agreements, and occupancy rates
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Ensure compliance with local regulations
• Maximize rental income and asset value

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years experience in finance, real estate, or property management
• Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field
• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
• Proven experience managing property portfolios
• Knowledge of the Zambian property market is an advantage
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• High professionalism and attention to detail
