About the Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you are the face of Liswaniso. You create first impressions that become lasting memories through genuine hospitality, professionalism, and exceptional service. Your role is essential in ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and at home.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve meals and drinks efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
• Help create a positive and memorable dining experience.

Requirements

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
