Responsibilities or duties
- Participate in a structured graduate development programme, including on-the-job training, mentorship, and formal learning.
- Assist in daily operational, technical, or administrative activities within assigned departments.
- Support project execution by conducting research, gathering data, and preparing reports and presentations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying efficiencies and supporting process optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and contribute to achieving departmental objectives.
- Adhere to Epiroc’s safety, health, environmental, and quality standards at all times.
- Assist in troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving activities under supervision.
- Provide support in customer service or field-related activities where applicable.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to personal and professional development.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mining, or a related discipline.
- No or limited formal work experience required (internships and attachments are an added advantage).
- Exposure to mining, industrial, or heavy equipment environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, extracurricular, or community activities.
- Willingness to travel and work in diverse locations, including mine sites if required.Basic technical or functional knowledge relevant to the assigned field (e.g., mechanical, electrical, mining)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

No or limited formal work experience required (internships and attachments are an added advantage).
