JOB DETAILS:

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding
• Maintain employee records and databases
• Support training and development
• Assist with HR administration
• Support employee relations and promote a positive workplace culture
• Help prepare HR reports and documentation
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HR policies and procedures

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Diploma or Degree in HR
• At least one year Experience in HR
• Must hold a valid, current, paid-up membership with the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Professional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Passion for people and helping others
