Luanshya Agro Supplies Ltd is a growing company in the agricultural and supply sector, with a workforce of over 50 employees. We are committed to operational excellence and are seeking a proactive and organized Human Resources Officer to support and strengthen our HR function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and manage employee records and personnel files
- Prepare and administer employment contracts and HR documentation
- Manage leave, attendance, and staff schedules
- Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate employee data
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Ensure compliance with Zambian labour laws and company policies
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation
- Support development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in an HR role
- Knowledge of Zambian labour laws and HR best practices
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience handling HR functions for a workforce of 50+ employees is an added advantage
