Key Responsibilities
Provide basic ICT support to staff and students.
Assist with computer, network and internet troubleshooting.
Support institutional email, website and digital systems.
Assist with ICT equipment maintenance and inventory.
Provide technical support during College activities and events.
Qualifications or Requirements
A relevant Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised institution.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literacy.
Professionalism and integrity.
Willingness to learn and contribute.
Ability to work in a team.
