The Role: Independent Sales Partner
As an Independent Sales Partner, you will market and sell a bundled “Complete Business Launch” solution, which includes:
- ✔ Professional business registration & consultancy (SophiOra)
- ✔ International domain name (.com, .net, .org)
- ✔ Web hosting for global online presence (AVET)
You will engage entrepreneurs who want to professionalize, digitize, and position their businesses for international markets.
Engagement Status
- Independent Contractor / Freelance
- No fixed working hours
- Work from anywhere
- Not an employment relationship
This role is strictly commission-based and does not fall under Grade V employment classifications in line with the Zambian Employment Code Act, 2019.
Compensation & Incentives
- 100% Commission-Based Earnings

Tax Note:
In accordance with ZRA regulations, commissions exceeding K2,000 are subject to 15% Withholding Tax for independent contractors.
