We are a growing company in the food production and distribution sector, specializing in high-quality soya chunks. Our mission is to provide nutritious, affordable protein alternatives to households and businesses across Zambia.
Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Junior Sales Manager with at least 2 years of sales experience to help grow our soya chunks brand. The successful candidate will support sales operations, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share of soya chunks
- Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retail clients
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Coordinate with marketing and distribution teams to ensure product availability
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Support promotional activities and product awareness campaigns
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales Specifically on Soya Chuncks industry (FMCG experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated, with strong organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage
