JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
- To design, develop and produce learning and teaching material and to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of teaching programmes to undergraduate and postgraduate students and undertake research activity in accordance with the University's strategy, policy and procedures.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or Form V Certificate or equivalent with Five (05) Credits or better including English, Mathematics and Science.
- BSc in GIS & Remote Sensing/Natural Resource Management/ Environmental Management, Forestry/Geography from a reputable and accredited University.
- MSc in Geo-Information Science/GIS & Remote Sensing/Natural Resource Management/ Environmental Management, Forestry/ Geography from a reputable and accredited University.
- PhD in Geo-Information Science/GIS & Remote Sensing/Natural Resource Management/ Environmental Management, Forestry/ Geography will be an added advantage.
- Teaching and research experience is added advantage.
- Knowledge of GIS, Cartography, Quantitative Techniques and Spatial Modelling will be added advantages.
- Proof of research publications will be an added advantage.

Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
