Job Summary

The Marketing & Sales Assistant will be responsible for generating leads, promoting furniture products, and driving sales both online and offline. The role requires an energetic, target-driven individual who can identify potential customers, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into sales. Earnings will be based on commission from confirmed sales.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

Identify and approach potential customers (walk-ins, corporate clients, institutions, real estate developers, etc.)

Promote and sell furniture products including home, office, and custom-made furniture

Follow up on leads and customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media

Negotiate pricing within approved guidelines and close sales

Maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

Marketing Support

Assist in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business)

Post product photos, promotions, and new arrivals regularly

Support in creating marketing campaigns and promotional offers

Distribute flyers and promote products in strategic locations

Collect customer feedback and market intelligence

Administrative Support

Record and track sales leads and conversions

Prepare basic sales reports

Coordinate with the production/delivery team to ensure timely delivery

Qualifications & Requirements

Grade 12 certificate (Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field is an advantage)

Proven sales or marketing experience (retail/furniture industry preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated and target-driven

Good knowledge of social media marketing

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
