BURN is seeking a Monitoring, Reporting & Verification (MRV) Field Coordinator to lead field data collection activities, coordinate teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality monitoring and reporting data.

• Set up surveys using Kobo/Enketo data collection platforms
• Develop training materials for field teams
• Recruit, train, supervise, and manage field enumerators and coordinators
• Manage and monitor data collection workflows and data quality
• Conduct quality assurance and process audits
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver reports and dashboards
• Support project planning, implementation, and reporting timelines
• Ensure field teams achieve qualitative and quantitative targets

• Kobo, Enketo, and mobile data collection platforms
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills
• Project coordination and process audit experience
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Strong command of written and spoken English

• 3–5 years' experience in field team leadership and management
• Willingness to travel frequently
